My name is Shantel Nicole, and I am a NASM-certified fitness professional and the CEO of The Queen’s Hive. I embarked on a journey to empower women to become confident, successful, and healthy.
When I became a mother, maintaining fitness, nutrition, and mental health felt almost impossible. My weight fluctuated constantly, and my anxiety and stress levels were overwhelming, leading to unhealthy eating habits. Some days I would eat too little, while other days I would resort to unhealthy food choices. All my energy and time were consumed by my children and job, making it one of the toughest challenges I faced.
Now, I am here to show you that a healthy lifestyle is attainable. Whether you are a busy professional or an overstimulated mom, I am here to help you achieve the healthy lifestyle you envision. Let’s work together to make it a reality.
