Full-Service Airbnb Co-host: $800.00-$1,225.00 Monthly
Managing the listing, responding to inquiries, guest communication,
check-ins/check-outs, onsite support, cleaning.
Property Management: $475.00 monthly flat fee/ $35.00 per hour
Point of contact for tenant and landlord, oversee Maintenace request, check-
ins on property, assisting with tenant complaints, showing property.
Virtual Assistant Rate: $125.00 per hour
Flat Fee: Call or email for days needed for quote
Local Attraction Guide: $80.00
Cleaning:
Hourly Rates- $40.00-$100.00 per hour per cleaner
1 Bedroom, 1 bath: $150.00-$225.00
